We have a dedicated team specialising in the recovery of service charges, who have knowledge of the internal procedures adopted by and have established lines of communication with the service charge teams in the major lenders in the country. This typically results in the swift recovery of service charge arrears where a property is subject to a mortgage.
We are also regularly instructed in connection with Applications to the First-tier Property Tribunal Service for a Determination that there is a breach of lease or as to the reasonableness of charges and/or services provided.
